Price: Bajaj Realty charges a premium because of their name and Shapoorji Pallonji construction behind it. To compensate for the higher pricing, they are offering premium luxury apartments and providing better amenities offered. However, Bajaj Emerald is priced higher than most of the construction in the area.
Should you Buy?
A 100% YES. It is a safe project to invest in. The project will get completed on time if not earlier. I have seen these projects gather a higher price once they are done due to the demand. The project will be iconic and a landmark once completed. People normally come asking for buying or leasing apartments in such brand name projects once they are finished. A little vision and patience is required but the results are guaranteed.
