Pricing: The pricing of this project is unbelievable. There are no projects in the vicinity that can even match Kabra Paradise’s price let alone beat it.
Reputation: The Kabra Group has a reputation of delivering buildings in a time fashion. They are not a high end developer like Godrej, Lodha, Tata, etc but they do provide you with a basic apartment which you can furnish as per your own requirements.
Kabra Paradise – Project Cons
Apartment Size: The size of the apartments are compact at 650 sq. ft. carpet area. They are urban sized. However, the floor plan seem to be reasonable to accommodate for good living.
Location: It is on an off street which is lined with garages and shops. That might cause a little bit of nuisance. It is something that you have get used to as a part of urban living.
Amenities: There aren’t much common amenities. In today’s age where builders are wooing property buyers with high end amenities such as private theater rooms, Kabra Paradise only offers a Gym.
Should You Invest?
A 100% YES. Kabra Group delivers their projects on time. Their work normally does not stall. The pricing of this project is amazingly cheap. The size does come into play but from an investment point of view, this project is definitely a great buy. For personal use, a family of 3 can easily live here. Moreover, Kabra Group is known for making affordable housing in an otherwise unaffordable market. The location might be a little congested but then again, it is urban living.
