Amenities: The amount of amenities promised are several. It is a large scale project which is at par with the current standards demanded by the end consumer. It is necessary to provide as many amenities as possible in a project of this level. Moreover, the buildings are pretty spread apart to ensure a level of privacy.
Construction: L&T Infra is constructing the project. Needless to say it will be the best in the industry.

Location: Powai is a little far away from the heart of the city. However, with the new up coming public transport, the travel time is most likely to reduce.
Project Time: It is a large scale project. It will take at least another 3 to 5 years for it to be completed. The first building will be finished in 2016 and the last one will probably be done by 2020. If L&T decides to continue developing the rest of the 90 acres, consider living with the construction noise and dirt for the next 15 years. However, I believe they would make some sort of provision in this matter.
