Sorry Our Fees are Not Negotiable!

Purchase or Sale:

Builder Purchase
Our services are FREE OF COST i.e. ZERO PERCENT Fees from the buyer/purchaser ONLY if the Builder/Developer/Seller is willing to pay 2% Commissions on the commercial/residential premises purchase. However, there are certain Developers/Builders that pay only 1% Commissions. In such case our fees are 1% of the total monetary components.

Resale
We charge 1% commission on the total sale/purchase value including all monetary components in purchase or sale of commercial or residential properties.

Lease / Leave & License:

Our rental commission structure on Leave and License properties is based on a monthly incremental charge as described here in. Payment is due immediately at the time of signing the agreement or at the registration, whichever earlier.

Total Agreement Tenure including Lock-In Period

  1. 3 years – 1 Month’s Licensee Fees
  2. 3 to 6 years – 2 Month’s License Fees
  3. 6 to 9 years – 3 Month’s License Fees so on so forth

Renewal of Leave & License Agreement

The licensor/licensee agrees to pay commission on renewal of the agreement. The commission structure is as described here in. Payment is due immediately at the time of signing the agreement or at the registration, whichever earlier.

  1. 3 years – 1 Month’s Licensee Fees
  2. 3 to 6 years – 2 Month’s License Fees
  3. 6 to 9 years – 3 Month’s License Fees so on so forth

Re-Development:

Re-development properties charged at 2% of the market value. Market value can be assessed as per the plot value calculated on the basis of square yards/meters/acres/etc. or on the basis of individual units in the structure be it commercial or residential, whichever is higher.

Service Tax & T.D.S.:

Service Tax is applicable. We will provide you with Service Tax ID for tax purposes. If T.D.S. is deducted then T.D.S. certificate or online details if processed through government website portal has to be furnished immediately.

Payment:

Payment is due when the agreement is signed. Registration of the agreement deed is highly recommended.
