Omkar builders and developers started in 2003. It is a relatively new construction company. However, it has already delivered projects spanning over 4 million sq. ft. area across residential & commercial sectors. The company is currently developing over 20 million sq. ft. area in Mumbai. The future projects in pipeline include development of another 20 million sq. ft. area. They are primarily in SRA Projects.
Omkar Kenspeckle is a joint venture with V Raheja. V. Raheja had originally decided to use the space for commercial space. Construction was going on unfortunately due to lack of demand or maybe SRA approvals they had to stop work. Eventually they partnered with Omkar to change the planning to Residential apartments. It is a huge plot area spread across 4 acres of open land. There will be a total of three buildings. The apartments will be over looking either the main highway or the SRA project in the West. Omkar is promising possession in 36 months, that is December 2017.
Omkar Kenspeckle is located just a five minute walk from Andheri East Station. It is off the Andheri East service road. The location is ideal since connectivity is very easy to the northern suburbs like Jogeshwari, Malad, Kandivali, etc. It is also few minutes away from the business district of Chakala, MIDC, Saki Naka, BKC, Kalina, etc.
